Why Row?
Why Row?
Why row? Because rowing:
- is one of the best all-round workouts
- is a high quality aerobic conditioner
- is one of the few non-weight-bearing sports
- works wonders for cardio-respiratory health, muscular strength and
endurance
- is low stress on muscles and low impact on joints unlike most
other aerobic activities
- works on all the major muscle groups producing a calorie burn that
is double that of other activities such as jogging or tennis
- strengthens your arms, legs, abdominals and torso, and firms your
butt
- moves your body through a wider range of motion than most
activities, making your muscles stretch and your joints rotate
- eases stress, promotes mental strength and mental health
- promotes teamwork
But the number reason why you should row is because it's FUN.
